Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead a busy store. You will recruit, train, and motivate a team, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure top quality food and service. Relocation is expected to support expansion and success across locations.

The role demands ~50 hours weekly, with some weekend shifts, and a focus on people development, scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
