Qualifications

• Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards and address deficiencies in a professional manner.
• Oversee recruiting and performance reviews; coach and develop staff and build teamwork.
• Manage sales goals and leverage local marketing to drive revenue growth.
