You’ll lead a self-sufficient team, plan and forecast operations, and uphold company policies to deliver great guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in restaurant operations, with 50+ hours/week availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (50+ hours per week) incl. nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of a Papa John’s restaurant.
• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recruiting and training to meet staffing needs and uniform/appearance standards.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands and minimize loss.
• Manage costs to stay within budget using the FOCUS system.
• Develop and implement plans to resolve unfavorable trends and improve profits.
