Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch, toss, and shape dough to consistent size and thickness.
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times.
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate low stock to kitchen management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
