Job summary

Fuel City is seeking a Pizza Line Prep team member to support kitchen operations through food preparation, order assembly, stocking, sanitation, and customer service. You will help ensure fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza ingredients and food items according to recipes and procedures.
• Assist daily kitchen operations and support team needs.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support food expo operations to ensure orders are completed and delivered timely.
• Maintain proper stocking levels of ingredients, supplies, and items.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management.
• Rotate products using FIFO to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.
• Keep awareness of ticket times and help maintain service flow during peak periods.
