Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, grills, and prep tools.
• Assemble dishes accurately and ensure orders are completed promptly during busy service periods.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout all stages of preparation and service.
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized, efficient, and respectful kitchen environment.
