Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza & Brewery in Memphis is seeking a hands-on line cook to own a station, stretch and top dough, bake to perfection, and plate with care. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen with seasonal menus and a rockin atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a busy kitchen (pizza/stone-deck experience is a plus—training provided).
• Knife skills and station organization for clean, repeatable work.
• Calm under heat; speed up and sharpen when the board stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own your station: open, stock, and maintain par levels; communicate 86s and low counts early.
• Pizza mastery: stretch and launch dough, sauce/cheese with consistency, top to spec, bake to color/char.
• Line execution: cook wings, fries, pastas, and apps to spec; plate and garnish with care.
• Quality control: verify temps, watch ticket times, coordinate pacing with expo and FOH.
• Speed + accuracy: hit ticket times without sacrificing standards; communicate clearly.
• Clean as you go: sanitize, FIFO labeling, safe holds, and end-of-shift deep clean.
• Team play: help neighbors on the line; communicate crisply under pressure.
• Protect the brand: every plate should look like the photo—hot and craveable.
