Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery is seeking motivated kitchen team members to keep the dish area clean, well-stocked, and ready for service. You’ll handle basic prep, assist the line, and maintain sanitation to ensure a smooth operation during busy nights.

You’ll join a high-energy crew, with opportunities to learn BOH systems and advance through coaching to Leadership roles. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour, with shift meals and merch discounts where available.

Qualifications

• Nights/weekends/holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to ~40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Follow food safety & sanitation standards; training provided.
• Meet local age and work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish area and run the machine and sink; keep wares circulating fast.
• Sanitize to standard; polish glassware; ensure beer-clean glasses.
• Restock and reset stations for line and bar; stage clean sheet pans and hotel pans.
• Keep kitchen tidy: sweep, mop, break down cardboard, take out trash.
• Support the line with basic prep and portioning as trained.
• Close like a pro using checklists; deep-clean zones; kitchen inspection-ready.
• Follow knife and chemical handling rules and report hazards.
