Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery in Gallatin, TN is seeking team members to own the dish area, operate the line, and help keep our kitchen efficient and clean. You’ll run the machine, sanitation, stock, and support the line as trained, with a focus on delivering unforgettable vibes and headliner hospitality.

This role offers nights/weekends/holidays, up to 40 lb lifting, training, and the opportunity to cross-train from prep to leadership.

Qualifications

• Nights/weekends/holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to ~40 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and handle heat/steam safely.
• Follow food safety & sanitation standards (training provided).
• Meet local age and work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish area: operate the machine and 3-comp sink, scrape/rinse/load/unload, keep wares circulating.
• Sanitize to standard: hit proper temps and sanitizer ppm; polish glassware; ensure beer-clean glasses.
• Restock & reset: keep plates, pans, smallwares, and glassware stocked for the line and bar; stage clean sheet pans and hotel pans.
• Keep it tight: sweep/mop, break down cardboard, take out trash, organize drying racks and storage.
• Support the line: assist with basic prep (wash/label produce, portioning, line setup) as trained.
• Close like a pro: follow checklists, deep-clean zones, and leave the kitchen inspection-ready.
• Safety first: follow knife/chemical handling, and communicate hazards immediately.
