Job summary

Colony Grill is seeking a kitchen team member to join our award‑winning pizza operation in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. You will assist with dough prep and inventory, and ensure proper setup of kitchen and storage areas at each shift’s start and end.

The role requires handling heavy items up to 50 lbs and adherence to health codes. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to operate commercial mixers, dividers/sheeters and ovens, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for a kitchen team member position.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience operating commercial dough mixer, dough divider/sheeter, and ovens.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assure proper set up of kitchen, storage & prep areas from beginning until end of shift.
• Develop and update knowledge of all critical kitchen inventory: food & beverage items, and all menu ingredients.
• Prepare dough and prep ingredients for all pizza toppings.
• Knowledge and accurate placement of all foodstuffs, equipment in the kitchen, storage rooms, food cooler, and prep areas to support operational efficiency.
• Abide by all cleaning procedures, health code regulations and standards.
