Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for pizza.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food service, and restaurant management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Some Spanish language skills are preferred.
