Slice House in Boulder is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to open a new pizza concept. You will lead all kitchen operations, mentor a BOH team, and ensure top food quality in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years BOH experience, proven leadership, food safety expertise, inventory and cost-control skills, and a passion for great food. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities and ownership potential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of back-of-house restaurant experience, pizza or high-volume preferred.
• Proven leadership in a kitchen manager or sous chef role.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate BOH staff.
• Food Safety Certification and experience with health inspections.
• Reliable, driven, organized, and passionate about great food.

• Lead all kitchen operations: prep, production, food quality, and line execution
