Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Successful and stable employment history
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform the job duties of all restaurant positions

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals.
• Meets the needs and expectations of customers and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures, including attendance, safety and security.
• Exhibits Core Values, maintains a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and performance within standards, including shift management and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within guidelines and using systems effectively.
• Executes cash management duties and assists in inventory management.
