Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality food and customer service.
• Adhere to station guidelines and proper portioning across stations.
• Maintain product quality, food costs and restaurant cleanliness.
