Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead the back of the house, develop the BOH team, and ensure high-quality food across all service periods and events.

You will manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Pizza-focused, high-volume experience is preferred; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Pizzeria experience in high-volume kitchens is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet/event service.
• Culinary leadership from the line to management and team development.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Run kitchen operations focusing on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across service periods.
• Train and develop BOH team to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Work the line during prep, service, and events to set standards through personal execution.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit financial targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and operational standards.
• Partner with Operations and Executive Chef on menu rollouts and culinary standards.
