Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Kenner, LA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations across our bowling, waterpark, and event environments. You will manage line cooking, train BOH staff, and ensure consistent food quality during all service periods.

You will monitor food costs, labor, inventory, and waste, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and standards. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service.
• Ability to lead from the line and manage BOH teams.
• Experience with food cost, labor, and waste reduction.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations with a focus on quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across all service periods.
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Work the line with your team during prep, service, and events, setting the standard through execution.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit financial targets.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and standards.
• Partner with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts and culinary standards.
