Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house across high-volume events and daily service. You will manage line cooks, ensure food safety, control costs, and execute menus with precision. The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service.
• Culinary skills to lead from the line, not just from the office.
• Experience building BOH teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong financial acumen including food cost, labor, and waste control.
• Current or obtainable ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchens.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations focusing on quality, speed, sanitation, and consistency.
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team in a fast-paced setting.
• Work the line during prep, service, and events setting standards by example.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and standards.
• Partner with Operations and Exec Chef on menu rollouts and standards.
