Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a District Manager to lead operations across multiple stores and develop a high-performing team. You will mentor general managers, monitor sales and labor budgets, and ensure brand standards and inspections are met across the district.

Travel will be required; the role involves planning site selections, budgeting, and collaboration with HR on investigations and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience leading others at various organizational levels.
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably 6+ locations.
• Pizza quick-service or full-service chain experience a plus.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations toward strategic objectives.
• Develop people in the assigned district.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food costs; optimize operational opportunities.
• Ensure brand standards and government inspections compliance.
• Collaborate with HR on investigations and staffing decisions.
