California Pizza Kitchen in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Pizza Chef to uphold high standards of food quality and sanitation while preparing pizzas for service. You will operate the Dough-Pro machine and contribute to opening, closing, and side work duties alongside a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes timely preparation, adherence to safety practices, and sharing knowledge with teammates to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Be the expert of the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
