California Pizza Kitchen in Novi, MI is seeking a Pizza Chef to deliver guest-focused, California-inspired pizzas with emphasis on quality and sanitation. You will lead dough preparation and ensure timely production across the station.

You will operate the Dough-Pro machine, perform opening/closing side work, and maintain proper temperatures and sanitation. A 3–6 month related experience or training is required. We offer flexible shifts and strong team support.

Competenze

• Three to six months related experience or training in pizza preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is required.

Mansioni

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and manage line checks and prep par sheets.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and perform opening/closing duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, surfaces, knives and equipment.
