California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pizza Chef to join a dynamic, fun atmosphere where food and guest experience come first. You will maintain high standards for quality and sanitation, operate the Dough-Pro machine, and prepare all pizzas to order while supporting opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and assist with prep par sheets.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of equipment and surfaces.
