California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pizza Chef to join our team and bring California creativity to every pizza. You will uphold high standards of food quality and sanitation, operate the Dough-Pro machine, and help with line checks, prep sheets, and shift opening/closing.

This role emphasizes teamwork, enthusiasm for great service, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic dining environment. We offer full and part-time opportunities with comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pizzas station recipes and manage dough-pro machinery.
• Complete prep par sheets and perform station opening/closing duties.
• Follow line checks process and ensure proper temperature of equipment.
• Assist with side work and shift duties.
