California Pizza Kitchen in Westland, MI is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our team and deliver epic service. You’ll maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation, prepare pizzas on the Dough-Pro machine, and support line checks and prep sheets each shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pizzas and station recipes; operate the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties each shift.
