Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our dining team. You’ll maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation while preparing pizzas and managing station recipes. You will operate the Dough-Pro machine and participate in line checks and opening/closing duties per shift.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of related experience or training, a strong commitment to food safety, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Experience with dough prep and pizza station routines.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pizzas and station recipes, operate the Dough-Pro machine.
• Open/close station and perform side work each shift.
• Support line checks and prep par sheets.
