Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion in the Greater Pittsburgh area. You will identify and partner with corporate clients to elevate their brands through high-quality custom promotional products, laser engraving, and personalized corporate awards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in promotional products, gifting, or advertising.
• Creative mindset with interest in product personalization or engraving.
• Self-starter who can manage a regional territory independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts through regional networking.
• Research market trends to pitch innovative product designs and expand catalog.
• Monitor local and e-commerce pricing, product selection, and value proposition.
• Autonomously manage your sales pipeline and coordinate with management on leads and performance.
