Job summary

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent education in culinary arts or related field.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Catering experience is a plus.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable.
• Familiarity with food cost controls and presentation."
