Compass Group USA's Flik Hospitality is seeking a Performance Senior Sous Chef for Hornets NBA facility in Charlotte, NC. You will assist the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations, menu development, and coordination of catering events.

The role emphasizes cost controls, high-volume production, and collaboration with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs. Prior A.O.S. in Culinary Arts and kitchen management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate (preferred).
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience helpful.
• Knowledge of high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with company marketing and culinary teams.
