Qualifications

• Proven experience in aggregate or quarry operations.
• Hands-on experience with crushers, screens, loaders, haul trucks, and pumps.
• Natural leader who prioritizes safety and fosters teamwork.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think on your feet.
• Willingness to work outdoors, rain or shine, in all weather.
• Flexible, dedicated attitude to keep the team and operations moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pit and quarry operations, prioritizing safety, productivity, and top-notch quality.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of critical equipment to keep everything running.
• Order parts, supplies, and materials to support ongoing operations.
• Monitor daily production and material inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the highest material quality is maintained to meet project needs.
• Communicate effectively with management and production teams to stay on top of everything.
• Operate mobile equipment when needed.
• Uphold safety and environmental standards across the site.
