Job summary

MaineGuide is seeking a dedicated Laborer and team leader with earthwork and hardscaping experience for in-person projects in Saco, Maine. You will assist in excavation, patio and stone work, foundation forms, and snow plowing alongside tradespeople.

We value a strong work ethic, the ability to operate machines like skidsteer, excavator, and dump truck, and a readiness to learn new skills while contributing to timely project completion. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Drivers license required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising patio and walkway installs.
• Operate machines and have a strong understanding of laying out grade.
• Operate skidsteer, bucket loader, excavator, and dump truck.
• Participate in constructing foundation forms and pouring concrete.
• Assist in plowing snow in truck or machine and necessary shoveling.
