Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Pit Master to lead live-fire cooking, season and plate top-quality BBQ, and maintain a clean station. You will butcher with precision and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment.

This full-time role offers base pay $23–$26/hr plus a tip pool, with opportunities for growth, excellent benefits, and a culture built on hospitality and pride in every plate.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat, fire, seasoning, and prep.
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Available full-time, including one weekend day and mostly evening shifts.
• Team player with positive energy and hustle-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Work with live-fire wood smokers daily.
• Season and cook Texas BBQ.
• Cut and plate BBQ for dine-in and takeout guests.
• Butcher raw product with precision and care.
• Clean, restock, and maintain a spotless station.
• Share smiles and good vibes with our crew and customers.
