Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead a pit within Table Games Operations. Under the Pit Manager, you will supervise dealers, ensure guest service standards, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, 3 years table games experience, and 2+ years in a dual-rated management role preferred. You must pass background and drug screening and be 21+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol for gaming entertainment.
• Directly supervises dealer responsibilities per policies and procedures.
• Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Rating and tracking guests play; assist guests with markers.
• Ensure buy-ins are correct and adhere to gaming regulations.
