You will cross-train in multiple areas, handle admissions, updates to reservations, and maintain a tidy, inviting space. The role requires a friendly, dependable team player with basic computer skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ages 16 and up or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use ticketing systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude at the box office.
• Assist with admission, reservations, tickets, changes, and attendance needs.
• Distribute tickets to guests as they arrive for the show.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the theater and attractions.
• Enter guest and reservation information into the ticketing system.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and general information.
