Job summary

CR Meyer in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project team through planning, budgeting, fabrication and post-fabrication phases. You will help ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence on fabrication projects.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, prepare bids, budgets, and schedules, track labor hours, issue POs, manage subcontracts, and document progress to keep clients and stakeholders informed through project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience in construction management.
• Experience supporting project teams in budgeting and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and executing fabrication projects.
• Prepare bids and budgets for projects.
• Support safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Prepare POs, track labor hours, and process expenses.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and supplies for jobs.
• Maintain communication with Project Manager and customers.
