Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction activities for heavy industrial projects. You will work with the Project Manager and team to estimate, bid, schedule, and manage safety and quality requirements while ensuring budget adherence.

The role requires a background in construction with emphasis on civil/structural projects, and a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction required, preferably with emphasis in large-scale civil/structural projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects and Primavera.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with Drug & Alcohol Policy.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supports the project team during planning, budgeting, construction and post-construction phases.
• Assist in estimating and executing construction projects with the Project Manager.
• Help prepare bids and budgets for construction projects.
• Contribute to safety planning and ensure on-site safety compliance.
• Prepare POs, track labor hours, and assist in invoicing and reporting.
• Track subcontracts and vendor information; coordinate equipment and resources.
• Maintain communication with the project team and customer for progress updates.
• Assist in project close-out and documentation for future reference.
