Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project team through planning, budgeting, construction and post-construction phases for heavy industrial customers. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, prepare bids, and help manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts and invoicing while upholding CR Meyer safety and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale civil/structural construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, MS Projects, and Primavera.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, budgeting, construction, and close-out activities.
• Assist in preparing bids and estimating with the PM team.
• Track budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and invoicing.
• Maintain safety compliance and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and resources across sites.
• Communicate with customers and field staff regularly.
