Job summary

CR Meyer in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects from planning through post-construction. You will work with the design/build team, estimate piping projects, develop budgets and schedules, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role demands 5–10 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, proficiency with Primavera and MS Project, and the ability to travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in estimating and managing heavy industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects and Primavera.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with Drug & Alcohol Policy.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving history.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to various project sites within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with heavy industrial/manufacturing customers and the CR Meyer Design/Build team in estimating and executing piping projects.
• Prepares bids to customers using approved design specifications.
• Establishes budgets, timelines and goals for construction project execution.
• Leads the project team and ensures safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Represents the CR Meyer brand in a positive, professional manner to customers and stakeholders.
• Oversees procurement, labor hours, invoicing and project documentation.
• Keeps customers and project teams updated on progress and performance.
