Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Early to Mid-Career Piping Engineer to support the PHMS team at Arnold AFB, TN. You will inspect piping systems and pressure vessels, perform ASME code calculations, and support field readiness for ground testing of air/space systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of post-degree experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ASME/API codes, P&ID diagrams, and stress analysis. U.S. Citizenship and DoD clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years engineering experience in process piping or piping codes (ASME B31.3).
• Familiarity with piping diagrams, code compliance, and stress analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inspect piping systems and pressure vessels during field visits to verify integrity.
• Perform ASME code calculations, pressure rating evaluations, and stress analyses.
• Provide code-compliance consultations for pressurized systems.
• Create technical reports documenting analyses, results, and recommendations.
