Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Engineering experience with customer interfacing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and John Crane engineering software.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Tear-Down & Inspection report initiatives for Texas and Oklahoma pipeline operators.
• Participate in pipeline operator Root Cause Failure Analysis initiatives.
• Provide technical support for field commissioning, equipment installation in field/pump shops, and field troubleshooting.
• Assist local account management with I-Project and seal design projects per operator requests.
• Manage ServiceMax for pipeline operators and reliability software.
