Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services in Texas is seeking a Pipeline Engineer / Project Engineer to join our collaborative team. This dual-role position combines hands-on pipeline design with broader project leadership, supporting routing, hydraulics, testing plans, and startup activities.

You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budget, review design deliverables, and serve as the technical liaison among clients and internal disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of pipeline design experience in midstream energy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; PE license preferred in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline engineering deliverables for gathering, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate multi-discipline execution.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, drawings for constructability and compliance.
