Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking a Pipeline Engineer / Project Engineer to join our collaborative team. This dual role combines pipeline design with project leadership, supporting routing, hydraulics, MAOP/MOP determinations, and testing plans through construction and startup.

You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budget, work with clients and vendors, and ensure conformity with codes including 49 CFR Parts 190-199, ASME B31.4/B31.8, API standards, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in ME/PE or related field.
• 3+ years pipeline design experience in midstream energy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline deliverables for gathering, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate technical execution across disciplines.
• Support procurement through RFQs and bid evaluations; review vendor drawings.
• Provide QA/QC reviews to ensure code-compliant designs.
• Conduct field assessments and support construction, commissioning, and startup.
