Qualifications

• Experience with pipeline control functions and monitoring pressures.
• Ability to analyze, forecast, and compare system conditions and objectives.
• Familiarity with DOT functions and field communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct flow of natural gas or liquids using SCADA.
• Determine load requirements using forecasting models.
• Compare forecasts with weather and system conditions.
• Identify and resolve communications problems.
• Minimize pressure drops during anomalies and line breaks.
• Monitor gas/liquid quality and take corrective actions.
• Handle receipts/deliveries, storage injections/withdrawals, and load requirements.
• Post start/stop of flows, injections, and nominations; communicate with field personnel.
