Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operational activities at terminals/pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with OMS and safety policies.
• Coordinate with DOT, LEPCs, PHMSA, and external partners.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and performance metrics.
