Job summary

United Pipeline Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead pipeline lining projects from contract award through final completion. You will plan, coordinate, and manage safety, schedule, and budget to meet customer expectations and project goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial oversight, with ownership of risk management and effective collaboration with leadership, operations, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Advanced education in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Knowledge of contracts, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, forecasting, and change-order management.
• Experience in pipeline construction strongly preferred.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline lining projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with field leadership on manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, mobilization, and project sequencing.
• Track production, job costs, committed costs, revenue, margin, and cost-to-complete throughout the project.
• Identify scope changes and manage pricing, documentation, and negotiation of change orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding schedule, progress, changes, and project issues.
