Job summary

North American Pipeline Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple pipeline rehabilitation projects. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or Engineering (MS preferred) and 10+ years in water/wastewater construction with strong P&L experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; MS preferred.
• 10+ years water/wastewater construction or related construction industry experience.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L and balance sheet calculations.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets; meet estimates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with operations and subcontractors; manage meetings.
• Review and acquire contracts from customers and subs.
• Conduct field investigations to assess quality and safety.
• Update PM system with actual costs and commitments.
• Ensure revenue recognition and project cost management.
