Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a driven Field Project Manager to lead pipeline projects supporting system integrity and regulatory compliance. You will assemble cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time with a strong emphasis on safety and financial discipline.

The role requires developing detailed cost estimates, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring documentation quality across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, accounting, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of Project or Construction Management experience, or 5+ years in Pipeline/Oil/Gas/Energy; Colonial experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time; strong financial and budget forecasting skills required.
• Solid understanding of regulations, safety protocols, and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional internal and external teams to deliver maintenance and construction projects.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Create detailed project plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Track cost, schedule, and quality; proactively resolve issues.
• Develop cost estimates, cash‑flow projections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Safety, Engineering and contractors.
