• 3+ years of Project or Construction Management experience, or 5+ years in Pipeline/Oil/Gas/Energy.
• Travel up to 30% of the time; willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional internal teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance and construction projects.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Create detailed project plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Track cost, schedule, and quality; proactively resolve issues.
• Develop cost estimates and cash-flow projections; forecast expenditures.
• Monitor and control costs to align with forecast and budget.
• Prepare detailed financial reporting and invoices; apply strong financial acumen.
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain safety ownership and ensure compliance with requirements.
