Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a driven Field Project Manager to lead pipeline projects that support system integrity, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and long‑term business growth. This hands‑on role emphasizes strong project controls, accurate cost estimates, budget forecasting, and timely delivery, while upholding safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, accounting, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years project/construction management or 5+ years pipeline/oil/gas/energy; Colonial experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulations, safety protocols, and pipeline operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; PMP/API/AMPP/NACE credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver maintenance and construction projects.
  • Develop scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
  • Create detailed design packages, specs, and project documentation.
  • Track cost, schedule, and quality; proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Safety, Engineering and contractors.
  • Maintain HAZWOPER and ICS certifications and support training.
