Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects within a natural gas pipeline and facilities portfolio. This role is responsible for managing projects through the full lifecycle—from feasibility and development through construction and closeout—while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

MUST HAVE NGL PIPELINE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of pipeline and facilities capital projects
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Conduct feasibility studies and support early-stage project development
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, inspection, and supply chain teams
• Manage contractors, procurement activities, and project documentation (RFPs, POs, change orders)
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and schedule to ensure successful delivery
• Support construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5–12+ years of project management experience in natural gas, pipeline, or midstream projects
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and capital project execution
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management tools and contract change management processes
