Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Science, Math or related field.
• 5 years of greenfield development in energy or pipeline project experience.
• Basic knowledge of gas transportation agreements and tariffs.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Florida natural gas markets and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize pipeline opportunities with industrial and energy customers.
• Lead projects from origination through funding approval and execution.
• Develop financial models and business cases for pipeline investments.
• Support negotiations of transportation/interconnect agreements and customer contracts.
• Evaluate regulatory considerations and FPSC approvals for projects.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and risk assessments.
