Ideal candidates have 5+ years in highway/utility construction, 3+ years as a Pipe Foreman, and strong communication skills. On-site supervision with significant weekly hours is required, plus travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of standards, specifications, codes, regulations and laws.
• OSHA and DOT guidelines knowledge.
• 5+ years of highway/utility construction experience.
• 3+ years as Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver’s license and Branch policy compliance.
• Strong communication and decisive judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew maintains professional relations with Owner, Engineer, and other team members.
• Supervises pipe layout, assembly and installation.
• Preplans and schedules pipe installation daily with the Superintendent.
• Manages materials storage and inventory checks.
• Oversees equipment operation and safety compliance.
• Trains and develops workers.
• Reports project progress and maintains quality control.
